  I made a mobile order, it was finished late but that ok it gets busy. My main problem is with the food, The chips were disgusting! I worked in the food industry so trust me when I say this, your OVERFILLING the frying try when yall cook the chips, you also need to separate them. Some of them were okay but oily, the rest were.... chewy and not in a good way, in a raw way. 5$ for trashhh. Then I also got a bowl, my main reason for going was that new chicken, the bowl was great, however as I was waiting for my food to be made i could see everyone elses be made and there bowls & burritos 🌯 were definitely more stuffed then mine. But its fine, I like Moes better anyways.

  The staff are always friendly and helpful, but I feel bad for them. They all seem stressed and are frantically running around trying to juggle multiple things at once, and not being able to finish a task fully until having to jump to the next thing. The store is hardly properly stocked or cleaned during store hours. People who have to wait for their online orders become angry and out right rude to staff. This store could be in top shape if they had the proper leadership in there and some guidance.

  Decent food, very slow to get an order if your standing inside for a smallish town. Had the Chipotle honey chicken and had some fat in it. Queso was real chunky and looked old.

  This particular location is the worst. I don’t know why I keep hoping it will change but it’s clear corporate doesn’t take feedback seriously. The service here is so insanely slow you’re going to wait 30+ min for your order if there’s any line. It’s like they are perpetually understaffed or something. I should just drive the extra few minutes to N. Syracuse location.

  About a year ago, my partner emailed the general manager about how disgusting this location was and included photos. We never received a response, and unfortunately, not much has changed. I came in today planning to order but left without getting anything after seeing the condition of the food line. Tortillas were hanging over onto a counter covered in food, different foods were touching, and there was even a dip cup lid sitting inside one of the food bins. The seating area was also filthy, although the food line was much worse. Very disappointing, especially after already bringing these concerns to management’s attention a year ago.
