- TBThomas BrockJul 19, 20261.0On a busy sunday afternoon during summer travel season the men's bathroom was out of order. Not a good look for the state of NY. The old Thruway reststop had adequate bathrooms. Additionally like most of the rest stops there is not adequate seating.
- JCJulie CJul 19, 20264.0I stopped here while traveling to the Albany area for a quick bathroom break, and to get some snacks. Restroom was clean, and quite modern with touch-free faucets, soap and hand driers. The convenience store has a great selection of drinks, snacks, and ready made sandwiches, and they had a self checkout that was super easy to use. The one thing I noticed is there is not a lot of seating for travelers who want to sit and enjoy their meals. There was outdoor picnic area seating but no shade, and the only other choice people are left with is to eat in their car. The old travel plazas were much better than the new modern rebuilds.
