There are times I only see one person in the back doing everything, which l hopefully they improve on. With more staff maybe the store could do a lot better, better quality. Other than that they’re all young kids, cut them some slack.

The biggest issue is hygiene — staff touching surfaces and then handling food without washing their hands is unacceptable. It makes me question the safety of the food being served. Management needs to address cleanliness, staff training, and overall standards immediately.
