    A $16 item was left out of my order, even though I ordered ahead of time and there was nobody else there. Stuff happens, I get it. I called to ask for a refund and nobody answered, so I left a voicemail. It's been a week and I haven't heard back at all. Not cool.

    Ridiculous! Ordered Beef & cheddar no bun/ came with no cheese or sauce. Told extra charge for sauce in container. And Six dollars for the lemonade!!! Given 2 lousy packets of Arby's sauce and horsy sauce. Pathetic.

    OH. MY. GOSH. THIS WAS TERRIBLE. I GOT A DOUBLE BEEF N CHEDDAR…let me just say…it was all BEEF ..NO CHEDDAR! Went inside and the seats looked as if bubble bass himself walked in and took a seat on them. I must say though, manager was mad cute ☺️
