    I recently stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe early in the morning specifically to take advantage of their advertised early bird promotion. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the location was not open at the posted opening time. There was a sign indicating that the store was short-staffed and actively hiring, which helped explain the situation, but it was still frustrating since I had planned my schedule around stopping there before work. Because they were closed, I had to leave and continue with my morning commitments. I later returned during my next break to finally place my order. When I came back, the staff members were friendly, polite, and doing their best under what appeared to be challenging circumstances. It was clear they were working hard and seemed somewhat overwhelmed trying to catch up after opening late. I appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude despite being short-handed. My biggest disappointment was that the store did not honor the $2 early bird discount when I returned. Since the only reason I missed the promotion was because the location was not open during the advertised hours, I believe honoring the discount would have been a fair gesture and a good way to acknowledge the inconvenience caused to customers. The smoothie itself was good, and the employees were courteous, which is why I'm not leaving a completely negative review. However, better communication regarding opening times and more flexibility when operational issues impact customers would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

    Extremely disappointing order with clear issues in accuracy and quality control. What was supposed to be a chicken roll-up turned out to be completely wrong—one of the items was just cheese on bread, missing the main ingredient entirely.On top of that, the smoothie was poorly made and had more of a watery, juice-like consistency than an actual blended drink. Everything felt rushed and careless, as if the order was not properly checked before being sent out.Even though the pickup timing was fine, the actual food quality and order accuracy were far below acceptable. I would not recommend ordering from here again based on this experience.

    I would strongly advise against visiting this location. From the moment I walked in, there was a complete lack of basic customer acknowledgment. Despite standing at the front for several minutes, no one greeted me or made any effort to assist, even though staff were visibly present and working.The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and poorly managed, with employees appearing overwhelmed and inattentive. The lack of professionalism was especially disappointing, as simple customer service basics—like greeting guests or acknowledging their presence—were completely missing.It also seemed clear that the location may be understaffed, but that does not excuse the rude and dismissive behavior I experienced.Overall, the experience reflected poor training, poor communication, and a lack of respect for customers. I would not return or recommend this location

    Ordered delivery and had a very disturbing experience with this location. The meal started off normally, but after just one bite of the wrap, I discovered a foreign object inside—a rubber band mixed into the food. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable, as it easily could have caused someone to choke.After that, the rest of the order was just as disappointing. The yogurt portion was barely filled, more like a small spoonful than an actual serving. Overall, the quality and care put into this order felt very poor from start to finish.This experience raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I would not feel comfortable ordering from here again.

    I ordered lunch from this Tropical Smoothie location through Uber Eats. I ordered a Supergreen Caesar Chicken Wrap, a Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt, a Mango Monsoon Smoothie, and a cookie. I took one bite of my wrap and felt something stringy. I took a peek in my wrap, and there was a RUBBER BAND mixed in. I am completely infuriated, as I could have choked on this had I swallowed it. Following this, I took the yogurt out of the bag to see that there was barely a scoop of actual yogurt in the bowl. The employees of this Tropical Smoothie location should be ashamed of themselves. And to the Tropical Smoothie training team, do better.
