- DFDanette FlemingMay 2, 20261.0I ordered a acai bowl in the morning and they were trying to give me a frozen bowl, hiw can I eat a frozen bowl the young lady with pink hair kept offering me a refund so quickly I said can you put it in the blender so it can soften up and she said no do you want a tefund, so at that point you asked me too many times so now YES I want a refund...instead of trying to make me happy. So yeah last time at this place

Just like the previous experience, I ordered two smoothies, waited much longer than I should have, and once I finally received both of the smoothies they were already almost completely melted and flavorless. Absolutely undrinkable. Major waste of time and money, and will not be doing business with this location again. I’d advise anyone to be forewarned of the terrible experience you’ll have here.
