  I ordered large iced caramel coffee and when i got it, it tasted very watery as if it was diluted, then i asked the staff to replace it with a new one which they did and when i was drinking the new one and finished almost half of it, i found this white chunk in my drink which i don't know what it is and there was few small ones as well. I didn't drink the rest and i don't know what they put in it or if they used old milk or something. Not ordering anything from there again.

  My young son loves coming here for the Happy Meals and the play area. Only reason I come back here. If you are paying by cash, remember cash people, you will wait after being ignored for 2 to 3 minutes. Try to get a. Employee attention with eye contact for the first 30 seconds, does not work. Saying with a loud and polite voice, "Hello!," gets their attention, but still have to wait for someone authorized to run the till. After finally getting someone to take your order and no apologies for the wait, be prepared to wait about 12 minutes to receive your child's happy meal. Why does it take so long, no clue and no apologies. This similar situation has happened three times over the past two months. Also getting only one or two ketchup packets is a joke for a medium or large French fries.
