  Ordered a steak bowl as usual, less food compared to all other locations I have been to so far. And the worse part is the brown rice is undercooked, end up with stomach upset after couple of spoons rice. Will not come back at least to this location.

  Every time I come here there is a shorter, older woman taking my order and she always has been a bit rude. I was ordering a bowl for my mother and I was asking her about the different salsa options as she wanted mild salsa. Instead of listening to what I was asking, she just threw both on the bowl and tried to move onto the next thing, rushing for no reason when there wasn’t even a line. After asking again what the salsas even were, she told me one was spicy. My mother wouldn’t eat something so hot so I asked her to remake the bowl. She rolled her eyes and threw the bowl to the side aggressively and said that if I didn’t know what they were I should have asked, which is what I had done in the first place, and if she hadn’t be rushing for no reason she would have known. I then went in a few days ago and asked for five of the protein cups of chicken because we like to meal prep. Again, she misheard me because she was rushing. She had only made one and then went to move onto the next guest. I stopped her and told her that I had asked for five of them, and she said “Five?!?!” and then proceeds to tell the cashier and one of the cooks that I asked for five like it was a crazy request. Now I’m waiting to check out with all the staff staring at me like I’m the odd one out. I don’t understand what the attitude and behavior is for, but I find it quite unprofessional. Likely won’t be returning. It was convenient to have a Chipotle so close to my workplace, but the atmosphere hasn’t been the friendliest.

  I just ordered 2 bowls July 5th 2026 4:10pm , my husband & I live down the street and always come to this chipotle. The workers serving the food must have been new they barely filled up the bowl. They gave such a tiny portion of all items cheese , lettuce , chicken and guacamole ( which is extra) I did make it a point to say someone to the cashier. But definitely wanted to leave a review. Not a great experience at all we left very disappointed. I am hoping a manager see’s to be able to communicate to workers.

  This Levittown chipotle location always misses with the Rice preparation. It is extremely sour almost every time I have visited this location. I thought it was just a fluke until I saw a person in the back prepare the rice and just pour the lime juice from the bottle directly in without any measurement. This made it obvious why it’s always sour. No one is measuring the lime juice and just eyeballs it. Ruins the experience as no one wants their food to taste super sour

  It’s really trash place. I ordered a chicken bowl, but only gave me half bowl. I won’t come to here anymore.
