But no not in this location. I sat there 10 minutes waiting for guacamole and chips. Not only is this place filthy, they have so many unprofessional employees. Definitely not customer service friendly.

Also the cashier with the long pink hair is absolutely rude. They need to shut this place down and get new workers and also have people come in to clean. There is trash hanging out of the garbage can. The windows where the food is should be cleaned you can barely see through it,it's just foggy. There was trash all near where the utensils are. I will be making a phone call to DOH and or 311 because this restaurant needs to be checked out.

One worker came in with a huge line and decided to just stand by the cashier not even helping the slow girl who was by herself with more than 20 people on line. Then I asked the guy for utensils since they didn’t have any where they should be and he had the nastiest attitude. Workers like this ruin your appetite. Never getting chipotle again. Stay away!

Soon as I got there went straight to mobile pickup, told them my name about 2-3x because they couldn’t hear clearly. They said it wasn’t ready yet. 7:10 I asked them again they said it wasn’t ready still. By 7:20 I saw them probably serve about 20-25 people in store but almost 10 people waiting for online orders. At this point I got an attitude and told them I wanted a refund. They said I couldn’t get a refund unless it was through the mobile app and asked for my name another time (at this point this is the 5th time). I give them my name once again and apparently the order was ready the whole time. By the time I got the order not only was it cold but it was extremely skimp. Definitely about 30 minutes of my time wasted.
