I was served up chicken cutlet with long hots. When I pointed it out to the sandwich maker, he told me “it comes with chicken or meatball. You need to pick one. It’s ok, you’ll like it. It’s good” That’s the level of basic service? Dismissed with no intention or follow through to make what was advertised & ordered & paid for. Included the ad from the front window… zero mention of chicken. Sharp Italian- reasonable sandwich. Great bread. Mac salad- better than others, nothing spectacular. Pasta was cooked well. Seasoning was ok, not totally bland. Stick with your local deli spot or jersey mikes…

We’ve both been up With severe stomach pain pretty much all night and in the bathroom all night. I don’t know what happened but our bodies didn’t agree with this.

- CMC MooreApr 7, 20264.0I went to Primo Hoagies in Latham for the first time in March It was excellent. The bread was fabulous and the right amount of cold cuts. We were so excited...we found a new great hoagie shop. Went back first weekend in April and ordered a different sandwich. This time I ordered a roast beef sandwich. And although it was good (bread again was excellent) the amount of roast beef was disappointing. There were 4 slices of meat on a regular sub. Not worth the price. I'll try one more time....fingers crossed.
