  There was this bagel shop where I grew up and I always thought I would never find bagels as good. Well look no further latham bagel did it for me. The bagels are delicious, they always have a great variety and their butter is very good. I go out of my way to go there. Highly recommend if you have never tried them to stop by.

  The best bagels!! with the best people running it too! They’re always super fast which is so nice in the morning when I’m running to work,I never have to worry about or holding me up! Alsoo don’t forget to try one of their cookies (the snickers has my heart.)

  I love the food and the people! Always a great time going. On their busy days, it’s hard to know whose order is being called out when multiple people, in multiple stages of waiting, have ordered the same thing; it leaves people having to wait even longer to get a remake, throwing off the whole staff. I think this place could be even better with a number system and/or a clear place to order so people aren’t milling around unsure

  The rude clowns at Latham Bagel Shop do not know that a "baker's dozen" = 26 not 24. LOL!!! I purchase two dozen bagels each month. I freeze them individually and have them for breakfast. Recently, I gave-up the commute to Bruggers on Wolf road and opted to purchase my bagel product at the Latham Bagel shop which is closer to my home. While the quality of the Latham Bagel Shop's bagels is not as good as Brugger's, convience won out. Today I had a very bad experience with the owner and staff at the Latham Bagel Shop. I purchased my usual two "Baker's Dozen" brought them home and discovered while bagging them individually for freezing that I was only provided 21 bagel;s and not the 26 that I paid for. Being short one or two is OK and not worth my time in going back to reconcile but being 5 short, I went back. Like I do not have anything else going on. Upon entering the shop I spoke with the owner Julie Hohn. She went to the employee who completed the order. The employee who completed the order immediately came the the counter and with a rasied voice announce that there were 26 bagels in my bag and that I was wrong. I explained to both Julie Hohn and the employee that I had my wife count them just in case I was mistaken. The employee loudly said that my wife was wrong too. I think to get me out of there, Julie Hohn put 5 bages in a bag and told me that when I buy bagels there again, be sure they are counted there at the counter before I leave to be sure the order is correct. So much for just trusting people to provide me with the product I paid for. No worries ther because i will never purchase anything from Latham Bagel again. How embarrassing for me being treated that way while other customers looked on. How Julie and her crack staff get a 4.5 review and actually stay in business is beyond my thinking. I recounted the bagels when I got home because the whole experience bugged me and yes, there were only 21. Not mad, just disappointed. So long Julie.
