  SO. GOOD. I had the jalapeño cheddar bagel and oh my goddddd it was amazing. i could eat my weight in them. the staff was incredibly kind and the prices are very reasonable. i’m so happy i discovered this little gem! thank you!

  They have a wide variety of bagel types. They also have delicious pastries and desserts. I only had a bagel and iced coffee(they were both great) but I heard other ordering eggs and pancakes so they have breakfast on lock. Good amount of seating inside. Tables with four chairs. Id say like 20-25 max. Staff was sweet. They got my order ready quickly. Price were reasonable.

  I would leave 0 stars if I could , placed an order online and waited over an hour for a DRY BAGEL and breakfast sandwich, watched countless people come in, order, and receive there food before me. When I simply asked for a refund I was screamed at by all of the staff telling me to leave the store. Still can’t get over how unprofessional this place is. I understand it was busy but online orders shouldn’t have to wait over an hour so walk ins only have to wait 5.EDIT - Wow and now you want to lie about how it all unfolded because I called you out on this review, that is disgusting. My order said pick up ready for 10:02 I got there right on time and asked for my refund at 10:46 when it wasn’t done , I watched your wife be rude to the man in front of me that asked for the same thing who was waiting for an hour. I did not use the F bomb once and from reading all the other bad reviews from your rude wife I’m not surprised. So unprofessional I can’t believe you guys are still open , and trust me no one was scared of any of your staff lol

  Terrible service, me and my two other friends stopped in to sit down and check out the menu on our phones. Throughout the entire 5-10 minutes of sitting and talking she was looking at us with an unpleasant expression. Once we were prepared to go and order something she walked up to us and said “This isn’t a hangout please leave.” With an awful tone, at that point there was no reason to order anything with such awful service, so we walked out. All I would think of as an excuse for kicking us out (within 5-10 minutes of us being there) is loitering, however my friend was looking at the menu using his phone while we were chatting together, not even in a loud tone. We walked in, glanced around (being newcomers) and sat down (looking at the menu on our phones and chatting) and got kicked out pretty quickly. I don’t want to pull out the race card, however I find it interesting that every other customer that was white received their order and was not treated as poorly as we were, it’s interesting that the only people of color which was us, were instantly looked at with an angered expression, and kicked out. This could simply be her assuming we were loitering and wanting us to leave, however we were there (again) for a short amount of time, being the only people of color, and were not loud, to suddenly be rudely stopped and told to leave. I believe her inappropriate reaction could have been completely different, she could have perhaps just let us know they have a policy for situations like this, or ask if we needed assistance with ordering, that would be the mature and proper way to treat a customer, let alone a new customer with first impressions. If this is how other people are generally treated at this establishment, please reconsider your staff.

  I came in and looked at the menu for two minutes, sat down and discussed with my two other friends what we should get to eat, before we even decided the cashier rudely interrupted us and told us that this isn’t a hangout and we need to leave. Didn’t even bother getting the food after that.
