- CWCrystal WalkerAug 12, 20261.0This review is not about the quality of the food, but about the quality of the staff and the level of professionalism at this location. I came in for lunch, and one of the employees did tell us that he would be with us shortly, which was perfectly fine. What became concerning, however, was the behavior happening behind the counter. Two employees were going back and forth arguing with each other. The person I was with even made a lighthearted comment about workplace hostility, hoping it would lighten the mood, but it didn’t. Instead, the employees continued arguing, getting louder and louder. Meanwhile, the employee who told us he would be with us kept walking back and forth. I’m honestly not sure what he was doing, but he never came back to us. We stood there for approximately *–5 minutes listening to the bickering before we finally had enough and walked out. What shocked me even more was that not one employee acknowledged that we were leaving, apologized for their behavior, or made any attempt to serve us. I’m writing this because I was genuinely in disbelief that anyone would think that type of behavior is acceptable in a workplace, especially in front of customers. Disagreements happen, but there is a time and place for everything, and professionalism should always come first when customers are present. Unfortunately, this location has lost me as a customer. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to address the issue because the food may be good, but the customer experience starts with the people representing the business.
