Bruce was one of the best managers I have ever dealt with, and many customers still remember him. He now works at a Papa John’s on New Scotland Avenue in Albany, and I still stop by to see him from time to time. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was very disappointing. I ordered a cheese pizza and paid extra for additional cheese, but when I got the pizza, there was barely any cheese on it at all. In all my years of ordering pizza, I have never experienced anything like this. When I spoke with a couple of employees inside the store, I explained that there was very little cheese on my pizza, even though I had paid for extra cheese. Instead of acknowledging my concern, they insisted that the pizza had enough cheese on it, which led to an argument. As a customer who has been ordering from this location for nearly 27 years, I know the difference between a pizza that has the proper amount of cheese and one that does not. I wasn’t looking for an argument—I was simply trying to explain that the pizza did not match what I ordered. What made the situation more frustrating is that when I ordered again later, they seemed to go to the opposite extreme and put an excessive amount of cheese on the pizza, almost as if they were trying to prove a point rather than simply making the order correctly. All I wanted was the amount of cheese that I paid for. I was also told that they were very busy and doing a lot of business. However, after reading through the reviews, I noticed many customers describing the same experience I had—minimal toppings, poor value, and concerns about food quality. I had been meaning to write this review for a few months but was busy. After reading those reviews and seeing that other customers had similar concerns, I decided to share my experience as well. I am sharing this feedback because I would like to see this location improve. Other pizza restaurants in the area, including some locations in Troy, have been providing better food quality, friendlier service, and a better overall customer experience. This review is not intended to hurt the business. I genuinely hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of the food and service. Many longtime customers remember how good this location used to be and would like to see it return to that standard. Customer reviews are meant to help businesses improve, not to attack them. I hope this feedback is taken in that spirit.

When I called the store, they said the driver was on the way. After another 2 hours, the food still hadn't arrived, so I called again. This time, they said they needed to check with the driver. My kids were hungry, which is why I placed the order in the first place. Sorry, Domino's, but this is very poor service. Please consider improving your customer service and hiring drivers who are familiar with the delivery area. Very disappointing experience.

However when my delivery order got here, the guy made me come out to him, because he didnt want to walk to my apartment door? Beyond pissed i had to go find him and leave my child. Even tho I did mention on the phone TO HIM had a baby on the phone, he still insisted I go to him. Pathetic and lazy service. What if I was disabled and couldn't walk or was in a wheel chair? Pay for food then cant receive? I will not be purchasing from this business again.
