  Pick up order Latham, NY. Portions have become insanely noticeably smaller over the last year. Ordered 2 large subs. Meat portion is so bad they left 2 inches of no meat at the end of each bread. For $17 each I am insanely disappointed. Turning into subway 2.0 quickly. Don’t order to go or at least check ur sub before you leave so you can call them out. Another ones bites the dust.

  I ordered a 7 in plain godfather in which I was told they didn't have plain bread in 7in but I can get 10in or 14in. Waited 10 minutes for my sub only for the bread to be hard and stale and sub was literally thrown together

  I haven't been here in a while. Ordered a sub last week. It was not what I remembered... had hardly any deli meat on it. I asked for tomatoes and cucumbers... had maybe two thin slices of each. Felt like I was basically eating bread with a little mayo on it. Had another sub today as I thought maybe it was just the person who had made the sub.... nope. Same thing. A 10 inch length of bread with a tiny bit of deli meat, maybe one slice of cheese.. and very little lettuce, tomatoes or cucumbers. Very disappointing. Won't be going back. I would actually prefer to pay more than eat bread with mayo on it.

  I just had the most delicious fun and I can normally only eat a quarter of a 10” sub. I just about devoured one half.!! They make the most incredible sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life! 💙💙💙

  Food is fabulous. Ordering on line not so much. I finally called in an order and picked it up only to discover I have been charged twice. Trying to find a contact number to sort it out. Guess I’ll have to call my bank in the morning and dispute the charge. I hate that there is no way to contact the on line app.
