  Got Chipotle for the first time in at least 6+ years, as I got a free gift card from Verizon- I DID NOT KNOW their mission for fresh, CLEAN ingredients! That is important to me; and their "tractor beverages" they have in bubblers (the dispensers) are SO GOOD omg, AND Chipotle gives back some of the proceeds! I definitely WOULD like it if they had an "all white meat" option for chicken, but I can suck it up once in awhile or go vegetarian 😅 ALSO! THEY HAVE MR. PIBB! 😂😂

  I’ve already called corporate, but I feel the need to share this. I’ve never been to an establishment so dirty and nasty in all my years coming from the hospitality industry I understand the importance of cleanliness rotating food, temperature control; and all that is mandatory for NYS. This establishment didn’t hold any standards and when brought to manager I to was told to have a good day, instead of acknowledging and apologizing.. This seems to be the trend with Chipotle in the capital of region and I understand staffing is horrible but, the staff you do have maybe we need to be trained properly so people don’t get sick. . I will go forward and pursue this and seek legal action and reach out to New York health department. I might even go and record all the chipotles in the Capel region to put them on blast and show how nasty they are..FIFO, sanitation and proper food temp controls not done!

  Do not use delivery apps - bad service! We ordered via Uber Eats. The food was delivered by the driver 30 mins later completely unaware that the bag wss ripped open at the bottom and leaking. He said it was how the restaurant packed it and it is not his fault. There were no utensils in the bag and a soft drink bottle that cannot be opened with a twist. A sauce in a small box has leaked out almost completely. The phone number of the restaurant had an automated system that said "they are not responsible for defective orders if placed on Uber eats or door dash". Utterly disappointed with the service and shocked that the restaurant gets away with poor service like this.

  Chipotle has a new "Honey Chicken" on their menu. I genuinely wish it was advertised properly. As the name suggests, I thought it would be sweet. Unfortunately, I was sadly mistaken. It should be advertised as "HOT Honey Chicken" as its spicy as hell! Some people DONT tolerate spice, and if it was advertised PROPERLY, I wouldn't be sitting here staring at an entire plate of food I just paid for that I CANT EAT!
