  Hey this is one of the best Chipotles I’ve been to. Clean and they actually wrapped my burrito in a way it didn’t fall apart into a giant mess like every other Chipotle lol. Also the food was great.

  Really excited to have this new location in the area! The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly, and you can tell everyone is trying hard to get things up and running smoothly. Wishing the team lots of success because it has a ton of potential. A couple pieces of constructive feedback from my visit: during busy rushes, service moved very slowly and the line built up quickly. I completely understand a new store working through the learning curve, but it may help to have the owner step back a bit during peak times and allow the team to work at a faster pace while things get flowing efficiently. I’d also recommend training the front staff to ask customers to scan their app before payment, since a few people ahead of me missed out on their rewards points. Small change, but it would improve the customer experience. Portion sizes were a little lighter than expected on the meat, but overall the food was still good and the location itself is clean, welcoming, and has a lot of promise. Looking forward to seeing them settle in and improve with time!

  Has anyone been trained on how to do their job there?? Employees didn’t seem to know what they’re doing. Tipped my taco box almost upside down, spilled sauces all over the box and it was a pretty simple order. Almost gave me tacos without any meat.
