  First time at this location picking up a large order. Not only was it ready on time, but the staff was attentive, friendly, clean,and the staff looked extremely organized. The General Manager Sumit even greeted me to make sure everything was right before I took the order. Ive been to most of the WNY Chipotle locations and this was by far the best overall experience. Great job Sumit!!

  The chips are stale, guac is all dark colored like it was sitting for hours…..chicken all dried out and over cooked. Won’t be back to this location. They need better training in cooking their food. Been to other ones and it’s absolutely delicious! Poor management obviously because if u read all the terrible reviews this one has received NOTHING has changed. Sad

  I ordered a pickup on the app and chose drive-thru as my preference. I have been sitting in this drive-thru lane for over 30 minutes and I still haven’t gotten my food. This location is horrible.

  I wish 0 stars was an option. Last night my family came for dinner and were met with the rudest employees with the worst attitudes. We ordered 2 kids qusadillas (nothing special) and it was a huge problem to the point the employee walked a away in the middle of making it and continued to pitch a fit right in the front obviously talking about us. As we continued to order (2 burritos) anything we asked for was an eye roll or huff. The original employee that ditched our order to begin with cashed us out and forgot my drink cup and when I reminded her she was so nasty about it. Needless to say I would never return and deal with that attitude and disrespect again especially that the manager was standing in the front watching it all happen and said nothing.

  I wish there was a 0 star option. Last night I went to chipotle with three of my friends Right away I noticed that I’m getting dirty. Looks by the workers on shift. I start ordering my food very much attitude was given to me. My friend starts ordering in the Worker that made my order start saying stuff about me calling me ugly annoying and disrespectful. After I just casually ordered my order as any normal person would when I ordered my food, there was no cheese when they just restocked. My friend asked for an extra side of cheese. The Worker completely ignored her, so and then she proceeded to ask again in the girl said “ I heard You” but didn’t acknowledge that she heard the question then we walked out and my friend said I don’t appreciate you talking about my friend like that so all the workers come outside and stand near the door and start screaming at us just going off and saying nonsense. I find this very disrespectful and I think that they should Be reprimanded I’m sure there’s cameras there to watch the incident. Take place this happened. June Ninth at around 9:15 PM
