  I just want to give a quick shout out to Austin; I made the grave mistake of doing a side-quest after I placed my online order for pick-up and realized a little too late that doors closed at 8:30pm. I frantically called the location to let them know of my mistake, Austin was gentle and mentioned he would wait till my arrival to deliver the food in the parking lot. I got there at 8:35pm and Austin handed me the bag with a smile. It says a lot about a location that is consistently busy, but continues to go above and beyond for customers. This Lakewood branch is top-tier! Thank you so much Austin!

  Table was sticky and obviously not cleaned. Moved to another table and it was the same. Come on, you can do better.

  I want to start by saying this is not a complaint over a single mistake. I’ve been trying to give this Panera grace for over a year because I understand mistakes happen. Seriously I do, and I feel bad even writing this, but I’m just getting a little frustrated :( ….That being said, my order often doesn’t come out quite right whether I order inside or through the drive thru. There are always frequently missing ingredients, no “extra” of items I paid for, or items I asked to remove that are still included. I was especially excited to try the Asiago Wake Up BLT breakfast sandwich, but when I got home and unwrapped it after 11, I realized it was missing both the bacon and the cheesy Benedict sauce. At that point I couldn’t even go back to fix it. Without those, it didn’t really feel like a BLT, and it was disappointing. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I try to be very understanding, but I do struggle to understand the continued lack of consistency in the food, especially at a fast casual chain where there are typically set protocols in place.
