Every guest at our party was amazed. We had a chance to try the pulled chicken, pulled pork, and the brisket. All of it was delicious. The mac and cheese and the coleslaw complemented the dishes very nicely. We will definitely be coming back again and ordering catering again. Thank you so much, guys, for the delicious food. It made our party very special.

I planned a party for 85 people in less than 3 weeks and Brandon was amazing to work with, he dealt with my “crazy” like the professional that he is! This is our second time using Rolling Smoke and it will not be our last. Both times our guests raved about the food, they were not wrong! It’s amazing! Truly amazing. The truck is spotless, the food is incredible, and the service is top notch. You couldn’t ask for more!! Do not hesitate, book the party!

The brioche bun is the perfect vessel and the sauces were really really good. Service was also great, very friendly. Booking Rolling Smoke for your next event is a no brainer.
