  Went there on sat at 11 am was waiting for a coffee for 10 min at counter . Watched a customer walk out. They are only paying attention to drive thru. Manager didn’t even care did say sorry for the wait or anything . Service is terrible!! Go to Medford or Stony Brook McDonald’s instead!!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share this experience. I stopped by the McDonald’s drive-thru the other day, and the young woman who helped me, Leigha, was just wonderful. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to, which you don’t always find these days. great experience.

  I would like to report an issue regarding my recent experience with a night-shift manager at your location. I arrived to pick up an Uber Eats order and, at the same time, wanted to purchase an Oreo McFlurry for myself. The manager informed me that I was not allowed to place a personal order while picking up a delivery, stating it was store policy. She instructed me to first pick up the Uber Eats order from the window, then leave and come back to place my own order. Due to the store being busy, I had already waited about 10 minutes. I explained that I should be able to place an order like any other customer while also completing my pickup, but she refused to assist me further and stopped responding at the drive-thru. I then went inside to pick up the delivery order and waited an additional 5 minutes to place my own order. When I finally ordered the Oreo McFlurry and requested extra Oreo, I was charged for it but did not receive the extra topping. Overall, I felt disrespected and unfairly treated during this interaction. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed, and appropriate action taken to ensure better customer service in the future. The one in the video is different employee and the one is laughing when I order is her I went in pick up the delivery and than go thru driveway again and order and she makes fun of me because she waste my time.

  EDIT: I am editing bc after I left my review I decided to read a few of the other low star reviews. There seems to be a recurring issue of forgetting items. There is something strange and suspicious about this amount of people missing ordered and paid for items. Lack of management & employee training and accountability are outrageous. I order in the app 6 double cheeseburgers. 4 no onion, 2 no pickles. I get all 6 cheeseburgers with no pickles. Onion on all of them. I get 2 apple pie specials they are $2.99 for 2. Therefore I should have had 4. Shocker, I only get 2. As far as I know, the person making the cheeseburgers is not the same person bagging apple pies. So there are 2 employees who are not paying attention on the same shift. Inattentive management and careless employees.

  Went in lobby and ordered a double q,p with cheese, waited over 7 minutes, people came in and got their order before me. I don't mind waiting but the food I got had old dry patties and my fries were cold and didn't even have any crisp to them. The managers were cool, but that doesn't make up for the product.
