  I'm not sure if in 2026 we as a community is allowed to push racism and Xenophobia. I am a customer of this store and I realized that this store doesn't have one darker skin employee working here. They seem to hire allot of non english speaking Spanish employees. I came there one day and saw the sign that says we are hiring. I spoke to the manager a caucasion man who encouraged me to apply to his store because he needed help. I did the same day and he said when you do give me a call. When I called this man and gave him my name he pretended to wrote it down. When I wanted to confirm he got the right name he called me a completely differret name. The Spanish employees often get your orders mixed up and wrong. I was there last week and gave the cashier my number. I repeated it about 3 times. Yet still when I went to collect my order it was wrong. Instead of apologizing to me. The whole store seems annoyed that their employee got my order wrong and they wanted me to eat food I didn't order. The Spanish cashier got my number wrong. I pointed this out to the Spanish supervisor who seem to Still wanting me to take the blame. . Each time I come in the store I'm being watched. But they allow the white people to come into the store with food not purchased there and sit down for as long as they want. So today I went in there was another wrong order. They got my order right it was just a bagel. It was another customer. The server is finished with my order and she is holding it in her hand. They wanted me to wait until they got the man's order right. So I had to repeat about 3 times, please can I get my food. The same Spanish staff that got my order wrong the last time. Is telling me you have to wait. So I repeated I need my order that I paid for that is ready, that you have in your hand to leave so that I can get my bus that runs on an hour schedule. Yesterday I went into the bathroom, the spanish manager follows me as I enter the store. There was another person in the stall beside me. All of a sudden the person lifts up their feet as to appear the stall was empty. While the spainsh supervisor is texting on her phone. It would appear she was watching me. Each time the tables are dirty when I ask for it to be cleaned I'm giving an attitude. Also when I wanted to use the bathroom, the spanish staff cleaning is telling me I have to wait. Well today will be my last day as a customer. Instead of treating black pepple as we dont matter why not just put whites only. THIS HAS BEEN MY TRUE HONEST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS PANERA

  I ordered at kiosk I ordered a family pack of soup and sandwiches. None of the sandwiches were labeled although there were choices right there to be checked.. how lazy can people be??? Only 1 sml bag of chips for 4 people , really? Disaster! I was embarrassed to give this to my friends... Mystery sandwiches?? Never again!!

  I always have a good experience when I stop by. The food tastes good and my order is usually ready by the time I get there. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating!

  The staff at this location is A1. They helped with a big breakfast order, got it for me and my team on time and without problems. I never ate at a panera until the other day but I will definitely come to this location and try new menu items! Keep up the great work!

  My fav soup is autumn squash wish they had better veg soup selection. Mediterranean sandwich and soup is perfect.
