  It’s upsetting to come in and get under the regular portions that we ask for. I ask for double rice, barely any rice, beans and not even a full scoop of chicken. I paid for two meals 26 dollars. I honestly can say it’s just easier to stay home and make it myself, it’s frustrating how I come after work and have to go to not only chipotle but have to stop by somewhere else just to get another meal. It is frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend to come back to this facility.

  They try and skimp on portions of meats. Just small shreds of chicken or steak. Avoid.

  I think Flash the Sloth from the movie Zootopia moves faster than these people. No sense of urgency or customer service you would find here.

  The food was okay, exactly as expected, but they kicked us out early (less than 15 minutes) and told us they'd be closing early so we need to leave. Later, passed the time they said they'd be closed they allow others to come eat instead.

  This was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a Chipotle. The workers here, especially the higher-up employees and managers, are unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The attitude from the moment I had an issue with my door dash order was disgusting, like customers are an inconvenience instead of the reason they even have jobs. Ashley was especially horrible. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and talked with so much attitude for absolutely no reason. Instead of trying to help or communicate respectfully, she acted irritated the entire time and made the situation way more uncomfortable than it needed to be. It honestly felt like she enjoys being disrespectful to customers. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before. The entire staff lacked basic manners, patience, and professionalism. No one seemed to care about customer service at all, and the environment felt hostile and unwelcoming. If you ask a simple question or have an issue, expect attitude instead of help. It’s shocking that management allows employees to treat paying customers this way. People spend their hard earned money here and deserve to be treated with at least basic respect, but clearly this location does not care. If you actually want decent service, respectful employees, and an enjoyable experience, do yourself a favor and avoid this Chipotle completely.
