I genuinely want to understand why this Dunkin’ location has such low ratings compared to many other Dunkin’ locations across New England that maintain much higher customer satisfaction. What I witnessed on Sunday morning was extremely disturbing and completely unacceptable customer service. While waiting in the drive-thru and later while pumping gas nearby, I observed a manager and a young employee publicly humiliate and aggressively confront a customer and his family over a coffee order that was made incorrectly by DD. The customer explained that his order was wrong missing cream, but instead of correcting it professionally, the employees reportedly tossed the creamer toward him and told him to “mix it and move ” with attitude. The customer had already paid for his order. When he raised his voice out of frustration and asked for the drink to be fixed properly, he was told to leave the store and “never come back.” I also heard one employee say, “We are training new employees, so leave.” If this is considered training, it is deeply concerning. The situation escalated further when the father and his young son moved to the mixing station. Coffee was spilled on mixing table and both employees aggressively confronted them, yelling, cursing, and demanding they clean it up and leave immediately. The father and son both appeared visibly shaken. What made this even more upsetting was that it appeared the family may have been treated differently because of their Race. The customer’s wife eventually stepped out of the vehicle in an attempt to calm the situation down, while employees continued yelling at the family to leave the parking lot and recording them on their cell phones. Using abusive language to his wife in front of minor child. I want it to step in but family left. No customer should ever be treated this way. Professionalism, respect, and basic human decency were completely absent in this interaction. Management and corporate leadership should seriously investigate how employees at this location are being hired, trained, and supervised. I live near by and will not ever come to this DD ever as This experience was shocking to witness and reflects very poorly on the Dunkin’ brand. Wake up You know what to do. Fix it.

With much care and help from friendly staff got strong cappuccino and vegetarian avocado sandwich with cheese and egg croissant. The restaurant was spotless and well lit with clean and spacious bathroom.
