- HHHeather HornSep 14, 20265.0Great business, great location. Went in September on a weekday and it was still open (not everything in the area is after school is back in session). They were super accommodating for my son with a nut allergy. They had a binder with all the flavors and their allergy information handy, and they got out a new container of ice cream and used a clean scoop to avoid cross contamination. There aren't a lot of places we can get ice cream so it was quite a treat! Also I love what the company has stood for over the years and the way they support communities. Prices are on the high end, but it's a high quality product.

- DHDria HooksSep 8, 20262.0My best friend and I stopped in on Sunday September 6, 2026 before getting on the road to return home. While sitting there I got stung(on my inner thigh) by what I found out later was a bee. I did not know it at the time. The pain was excruciating and it made me scream out loud a couple of times. I was not able to walk or stand due to the pain. It wasn't until I reached in my pants to check to see what stung or bit me that I realized the stinger was still in my leg. Several times I screamed out again due to the pain as I tried to compose myself. What's disappointing is no staff/employee every asked if I was ok, what happened or if they could get anything for me. I thought about it later and wanted to let them know you have to be concerned about ALL customers. Not just those standing in line to make the next purchase but also those sitting in your store. Someone should be trained to deal with emergencies of varying degrees.
