  This location is terrible. We stopped here a handful of times after my son’s soccer practice last spring. The employees could not care less. The bathroom is always filthy with trash overflowing. Sometimes the order is good, but order the same thing next week and you get half a portion. If you order on the app, you have to double check your order because things have been left out. There’s another location further down the road. Maybe it’s worth it to drive there instead. You have to cross through the drive-through area to get into the restaurant from the parking lot, it’s just a bad set up all around.

  This Dunkin location is horrible. The staff seem bothered that they have to work when you go there and they have yet to get any of my orders right. They should make it mandatory for their staff to take training on customer service because they have terrible attitudes. I w I ll never be going to this establishment again.

  I always get watered down coffee here. Today It was so bad that it is actually a disgrace that someone is allowed to serve that hot cup of (water) through the window, extremely watered down. This means people are not doing their job out of laziness, and changing the cup of coffee to be fresh. If I was the boss people would surely be getting fired

  I was excited when this dunkin open but in the 5 times i been there the coffe is extremely terrible, i cannot believe I'm going to say this but the $1 McDonald's coffee is amazing compared to this dunkin location, just do yourself a favor and go to the dunkin in the corner of noxon road that one is always amazing and doesn't make you regret wasting your money

  When I stop by this location it's usually in the morning via the drive thru, it dawned on me recently that I always have a pleasant interaction with the staff!
