  The customer service at this Mc Donald’s location is actually appalling. The audacity to not have any decency to have basic customer service in a customer orientated business literally made my jaw drop. Last night, after a very long day and an even longer week as we are from out of town from a 6 hour drive, we decided to grab some fast food as opposed to us cooking so late as we had eaten way earlier than usual in the day. We decided fast food would be the most convenient. That’s the point of FAST FOOD SERVICE, right? Convenience? I sent my fiancé with our boy to go pick up our mobile order. Well, even though they had over an entire hour before closing not only was the order not ready but it also wasn’t even started yet. Which was still fine by us. But the fact that the female employee at the window had a full blown toddler tantrum of having to do her job and service us, was actually wild. We weren’t even the only ones on line and she was screaming out “WHY??? WHY??? WHY???” With the drive-thru window still wide open. She continued to act out, not greeting him at the window, and when my fiancé thanked her he was met with full blown attitude by lack of response and her slamming the window shut. I was on the phone whilst hearing all of this and it still bothers me a day later any employee would openingly act this way. Look, I get it. It’s McDonald’s. I like this company, but I know not many people take pride in working there. If that’s the case and you hate your job so much, just quit. You’re getting paid to work. Not to not work. If you’re still open, you’re still open. Have some self respect and meet customers with professionalism. You still have a company to represent. Hate your job and life all you want, but don’t take it out on customers. You’re flat out ridiculous.

  This McDonald's is always clean. Staff is friendly and the food is consistent. It's on our 6.5 hour route to Long Island. We have been eating here for the last 7yrs on the way to and from LI. It's always for breakfast and usually around 8am. We had to go to a different one 2x as once the power was out and this last trip because my husband missed the exit.

  Our go-to rest stop when taking a road trip from Toronto to New Jersey. Food is always fresh, restaurant and washroom facilities are always clean, furthermore it is just off the highway with a gas station next door. Only criticism is that the AC was on full blast and was very cold inside.
