- TCTyler Claus6 days ago3.0Been here a couple of times and everytime I go through the drive thru whoever they put there they never teach them to speak up properly. I can never hear them. I have to ask the to repeat what they are saying multiple times. They are also really slow to take orders always have me wait and hold before asking my order. They have never been extremely busy when I go thank god because I would probably skip if there was any sort of line more than 2 or 3 cars for the drive thru.

Some guy told me no today at the drive-thru that they don't do that there I told tIhem they do that for me all the time he didn't feel like doing so that prompted this review and my call to corporate. Tell me no? Lol go to Mighty Taco instead

- HRHonest ReviewsApr 5, 20261.0When this Taco Bell on Ridge Road in Lackawanna first opened, it was great. The food was fresh, and the customer service was on point. Unfortunately, that has completely changed. Now the food quality has dropped significantly. The nacho fries are consistently undercooked, and when I asked them to make sure they were cooked properly, I was told they only prepare them one way … which clearly isn’t working. On top of that, the customer service has gone downhill. Overall, the experience is disappointing compared to how it started. I would not recommend this location.
