    *[THIS REVIEW IS POSTED ON MY FIANCE'S BEHALF TO PROTECT HER PRIVACY BECAUSE OUR DELIVERY DRIVER HAS HER PHONE NUMBER AND ASKED FOR HER NAME]* "I DO NOT RECOMMEND- would rate negative stars if possible: •Food delivered way too late. •Food stone cold. •Driver tried to hit on me when I was alone on my porch and made me feel extremely uncomfy 6/12/25 Ordered at 10:20pm. Food was delivered at 11:50pm. Even though they said it would be within the hour. Just 2 (large) pizzas, a CHERRY coke, cheese bread and 8 chicken bits.[this was a deal offered in app] Notification and app claimed order was delivered at 10:50pm. It wasnt I called and the phone said store was closed. I got a call from the driver first at 11:30ish & again @ 11:45 pm as he finally pulled up my street. I just figured the delivery feature at this location was still new and gave them the benefit of the doubt. But when he walked up to my door, called me beautiful, started flirting with me and stuck around trying to strike up conversation and learn my name and info, I was soooo uncomfortable. I just tried to politely end the conversation and leave. This guy knows my address and phone number now. 🙃 So for $47.44 total, it was: -delivered too late -I was harassed and made uncomfortable by the driver when I came out to grab my food. -Had the WRONG coke delivered (I really wanted my cherry coke) :( -And the store closes at 12am but when I tried to get a hold of them at 11:50pm, they were already closed so I couldn't speak to anybody there. Now I have to have someone else post for me bc idk if he knows my real name and/or might try to stalk socials. (Which might seem like a stretch to some. But for many women we gotta think and worry about these things unfortunately) 6/13/25 Now next day, I called the office in the morning and explained everything to the manager. I told him I had been so upset last night that, because the store phone claimed they were "closed" I wrote a case to corporate. He said "well next time just call us ma'am. And I had to explain to him that I had, which is why I was trying to get a hold of him again to see if he could help instead. Manager seemed empathetic and told me to call back when I found my receipt number from yesterday. Before I could call him back, he called me and apologized after he realized that his driver had harassed me/gravity of the situation. He very generously offered one or two MEDIUM pizzas to be delivered BY THE SAME DRIVER. But the pizzas would be okay because they were going to be made by him personally! I was stunned, and legit told him "seriously, you would send back the same driver I'm uncomfortable with?? And 2 medium pizzas for my $47.44 order??? Those aren't worth what I spent. I NEED a refund." He claimed that by the total he was able to "look" up the order and that a refund would be issued within 72 hours. But he would need my card info. I told him I just had to grab it, he said he was busy and that he'd call back later. Before he hung up I asked what their hours were again, he claimed they closed at 1am. By 4:30pm I realized we hadn't been in contact yet about the refund but since he had been busy earlier, waited for the dinner rush to be over. Called again around 7 or 7:30pm and told me he wasn't free to do that & would contact me around closing. 11:30pm rolls around. I call. It's the same voice, I explain that I'm just calling back to speak to the manager about my refund. He claims that the manager left and he cannot help me, to call in the morning when I'M at work. I told him I was confused as his manager planned to call me at closing time. He went and told me that my refund would be processed in 72 hours. And I asked "how? If the manager claimed he needed my receipt number AND credit card number??" He got quiet a second and told me to call in the morning again before hanging up. I'm extremely upset. This is disgusting behavior demonstrated by this place. Please save your money, and the time. And stay safe/ don't let your girl get the pizza alone from the driver or it could be uncomfy for her.

    I ordered online. My pizza was done at 5:57 pm. Delivery by 6:13. The tracking showed the driver go the opposite direction then back to the store. Ok. The driver leaves and drives right by my street and does 2 stops 5 minutes away from me. Then drives by me to the store. I go yo the store and thr driver left with my pizza. It's been under a heat lamp im told. It arrived stone cold as well as chicken wings. If my stuff was ready the driver should of taken it. This place is terrible. First and Last order there. Plenty of other Pizza Joints.
