I get to the window and get a toasted bagel. I say hello through the window (which I know the lady heard me)… and I say, “I ordered a bagel not toasted. She then says, “it’s pre toasted that I have to mention it within my order while walking away.” I said I did say that clearly. So unprofessional!

- MFMatt FeliceMay 12, 20261.0I love DD's iced coffee in giant plastic cups but its ruined by the fishy tasting agave straws! Thank God we're using less plastic by using agave fish tasting straws and using them in big giant plastic cups with nice plastic lids. Inside they sell nice thick plastic travel mugs with thick plastic straws!. Those agave straws will make all the difference and change the world! I can learn to love the texture and fish taste of those agave straws to save the planet. Thanks DD for leading the charge in saving the planet!
