Quaint bar with a surprise amount of amenities, relaxed environment with attentive staff meeting all your requests within timely manner. Menu of options for snacking, nibbling, or dining. What a beautiful setting. Had a great time.

I originally had an issue with food that was delivered. The restaurant immediately reached out and made an effort to resolve the issue. I am very satisfied with how they handled my complaint. I appreciate their willingness to make things right.

Disgusting food and looked about as appetizing as a plate of left overs. Zero consistency in quality or plating presentation. I worked in the food industry and would have been ashamed to plate that mess of a meal and actually release it from the kitchen. Our neighbors dishes looked beautiful and well presented and our plate looked like they scraped up the last over fried onion ring scraps and threw on a plate. Literally gave half of the overcooked (well done when medium was ordered) Rail Burger to the dogs. Truly disappointing because we thought we found a great place to dine and have the dogs with us. Service was friendly and great. Perfect place to bring your dog but only order beers.

This is THE worst restaurant in Queens. I’ve gone several times thinking ‘it’s not THAT bad’ and it’s horrible every time. They can’t even do the basics right. The fish and chips are awful. It tastes like a child spilled sugar in the batter. I got a cheeseburger that arrived looking flat with a slice of American cheese that looked like they just peeled it out of one of those Kraft pieces of plastic and the French fries look like they got them from McDonalds. I got a pasta dish once that of course was over cooked and over salted. I think they should just stick to being a bar that plays sports and just offer a few things that they can get right.

My boyfriend and I came here after finishing long shifts at the hospital, hoping to unwind. We’ve driven past this place for nearly 10 years and finally decided to give it a try. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and we were excited to eat here. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. We received our drinks and placed our order, but after waiting about 45 minutes with no updates, we asked when our food might be ready. We were told there were several outdoor orders and that ours would be out shortly. After waiting even longer with no communication, we asked for the bill for our drinks so we could leave. Only then did a very kind gentleman immediately bring out our food. To make matters worse, my water glass had lipstick on it. After it was replaced, the couple seated behind us—who had arrived just a few minutes before us—also found lipstick on one of their glasses. They received their food within about 10 minutes, while we had waited nearly an hour. The food was decent, but it didn’t make up for the experience. I happened to find a Groupon during our wait, which I was thankful for because I couldn’t justify paying $92 for what was simply one appetizer, one entrée, a glass of wine, and a beer—especially with the level of service we received. The staff did offer to comp another drink, which I appreciated, but by then I just wanted to leave. After wanting to try this restaurant for years, our first visit was unfortunately very disappointing.
