- KFKaren FrancisSep 1, 20245.0While we were there today, 9/1/24, there was a customer who was leaning over the counter, spitting while he was talking. Alex, your worker, was nothing but professional toward this man. Alex just asked this man to step back and the man refused. He left and then came charging back yelling to see his badge and asking his name. It scared me, but Alex maintained his professionalism. We were very impressed with Alex's calmness and politeness. Alex deserves recognition from management.
- MMMary MaryNov 7, 20182.060c more for guacamole which was far more guac on the bun than needed. My server threw 3 gluten free buns in the trash because the came totally apartinstead of just opening like the other buns do (like a hot dog bun) . I finally told him that was ok. I know gluten free bread is a totally different texture (and oh boy do I miss real bread) but these just disintegrate ,most of the bun was wasted.
