  This place is absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have every went to buckle up story time and what pictures I could get I came here with my family we walked in to everyone on their phones and swearing at each other f bombs every other word and the lobby don’t get me started every table had food crumbs on it food all over the floor mind you there was no one in this lobby just one person on break these pictures are while we were waiting for our food not after we got our food we had to clean our own tables off manager is on the phone doing whatever she wants go in the bathroom it’s a mess there is no toilet paper so I had to have my husband go into the guys bathroom to get some for our daughter then the manager goes okay time for a lobby wipe down tables change trash sweep they came out changed the trash didn’t sweep nothing and went back and one even left how in the world is this okay? It’s still a pigsty I am utterly disgusted we ordered 3 burgers all no pickle one with extra onion we got a plain burger nothing on it pickle on all of them and no onion on any of them he went back they were rude about it and the buns were super hard only reason we even stayed was we couldn’t go anywhere at the moment we were waiting for a new tire and walked here please stay away from this place because this is still how it was when we left nothing was done

  Workers are extremely rude. They will make snarky comments or give you dirty looks if you ask for anything. Everything is sticky. There is trash and discarded food lying everywhere in both the kitchen and the seating area. Save yourself and go to the Taco Bell up the road or Panera across the street.

  Quick service and they got our order right almost… We only ordered two cheese burgers but they charged and gave us three. 4 stars for that

  First time I've ever been to McDonald's (560 Harry L Dr, Johnson City, NY 13790) that they had NO coffee in the morning. April 5, 6:37 am quick stop while traveling no time to stop anywhere else and no coffee. All our sandwiches were cold, hash browns were cold. Wasn't even busy seen no one inside and none in drive through. Wasn't even "coffee will be a few minute wait" it was "we have no coffee" and why was the food cold? Worst McDonald's we've ever been to and we've been to some dumps that were better than this place.

  I sat in line for 30 minutes with no answer as did 4 other people they said hang on a sec then didn't answer several of our attempts in both lanes and they are open until 12 am I've never even at the slowest locations had to sit and wait to order for so long!!!!
