1/2 BUSTY CRUSTY GRILLED CHEESE, 1/2 CHICKEN SALAD WRAP, 1/2 SMOKEHOUSE BLT, 1 BBQ SANDWICH (BRISKET OR PORK), 1/2 QUINOA OR 1/2 FLATBREAD HOUSE SALAD, BOWL OF CHILI OR SOUP OF THE DAY
huge triple-decker version of our Mountain Burger loaded with smoked brisket, pulled pork, bacon, ham, slaw, onion straws, cheese sauce, aged cheddar and American cheeses, an order of fried pickles, KC BBQ sauce, and house-spiced mayo. Served with a double order of loaded Texas chili fries.
WE sat outside and really enjoyed Jeff Lake and his band. The service was very friendly but it was difficult getting her to the table. The pulled pork was delicious and the chicken was good but the brisket which I had the medium was tough. I think you need to work on that. You were out of Chicken speeds which seems to happen regularly. Might have to make more. The bathroom was a wreck and there was food all over the ground where a family had eaten. I. got the feeling that it is one of those "Not my job" places. Management needs to step up.

It was a disappointing experience, worse than our first visit l. We decided to give this place a second chance, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. The Texas brisket BBQ was difficult to chew, very fatty, and lacked flavor. The sides were okay, and the service was good. Unfortunately, after giving it another try, I don’t plan on coming back.

Disappointed. Reception asking Chef's permission (unusual) to seat a group of nine on a big table. At 6 pm on Saturday, there were no more BBQ ribs. Same dishes were ordered with different outcomes (inconsistency). For example, mashed potato missing bacon, fatty brisket and varies in number of pieces, burned salmon, pickles missing/under a dish. Neither utensils were set up nor any sauce on the table.

No BBq was available so we ordered chicken wings for appetizer and burgers etc
15 minutes later, Server came back and said they are out of wings , last one was served to table near by.
How do you run out of wings?
I understand smoker broke, but running out of wings as well?
Is there a management?
I don’t know about coming back here since there are lots of bad reviews as well!

Was disappointed that I placed an order for a flatbread salad- it came with no flatbread and burned croutons. I called to ask if they had everything if I wanted to place another order and was put in touch with the owner Peter. He let me know he packed the order and the flat bread wasn't included and that all the croutons are border line burnt so basically whoops. I told him I was disappointed because I basically paid $25 plus tip for a side salad and he seemed very disinterested. The food is expensive, but good- but if you are going to charge a premium then you better make sure your orders are correct or offer to fix them. Today was definitely a huge waste of money and the owner didn't care. So great food terrible service
