  Thank goodness the name was changed from dunkin donuts to simply "dunkin", because it was insulting that you would put the word in your name while butchering the execution of creating them in such a thorough manner. The donuts were once very good, i still remember the smell of them frying and they were tooootally different. Bring them back you'll make way more than you spend.

  When i went in this more it look like employee was stress out to begin with the sweet black pepper bacon food was not cooked all the way the chocolate glazed donut was not done right And who ever that girl is peek around the back and gave me a dirty look what is this who trains these people

  This place went to crap really quick. Management is lazy and incompetent and cares nothing about the customer. I ordered 4 pumps of caramel and regular cream and I got home and had black coffee. It’s terrible that this store is new and already has the issues it has. I think it’s time for me to find a better brand and just make my coffee at home.

  The ladies that work the Sunday closing shift are the best people ever, they make my day every time! They should have extreme recognition from management and or owner, they have great employees and are the sole reason I’m a consistent customer!

  They literally robbed me of a dollar. The cashier was wildly overwhelmed. The cook didnt dpeak a single word of English which isnt the end of the world but it felt.like he was pretending to. There was a mistake on my order. I told him how I would like it fixed and thanked him. He took my sandwich back stared at it for more than a minute then went to the cashier to ask for help while trying to explain to the cashier that I would like a fresh sandwich he said the cook needs to be spoken to a certain. Way. I said thank you what more could I have added? At this he decided to refund only bit then shorted me a dollar thirty of the refund. I show him my receipt. He insisted that he was correct amd to get my dollar from corporate. Awful behavior
