What kind of coffee shop doesn't have hot water. None of my drinks came as they were ordered and tasted absolutely atrocious as well. The service there sucks, and never have anything in stock.

As he was walking away I said thank you. Apparently he doesn't speak English when the clerk informed me of this he also said he needs to be spoken to a certain way. I said to the clerk I said thank you when I asked what else could I have done. He told me I'm getting a refund. As I was waiting he continued to speak to me and when I responde did he said he was done. It quickly became a name calling match he then only returned 4.09 on a 5.39 sandwich he I listed that's all I paid I showed him the receipt he said to call corporate for my dollar. Then when I call the 800 number it answers says a greeting then disconnects. Dunki s really struggling if they need my dollar thirty so bad
