They are friendly and ask questions to clarify if they don't hear what you say, or don't understand. They also load up the bowls so you don't leave hungry.

Second if your ordering take out make sure you go straight to the counter when you get there or you’ll be standing for 20 minutes before a worker gets done with his conversation and ask what you want. I’m guessing the 15 steps from the prep table to the pick up window is just out of the question for the workers. Go to vestal.

Not rush hour, 7pm. Employees standing around. No chips, I was told they don't make chips this time of night...but they're open until 11. They made a batch for me, took 2 minutes. They were temporarily out of chicken, a 10 minute wait for chicken...at 7pm. This is poor planning, poor execution, poor employee management, no one was moving with purpose. Learn how to manage employees and your process, or find another line of work. At least the food was good. But absolutely the most poorly run Chipotle we've ever visited. The manager must have come over from Wendy's. Ha!
