  The staff was extremely friendly and offered free sample cups. I was able to try their coffee flavor and loved it!

  Love to see a 16 Handles thriving during this period of trendy high end froyo spots opening up. This location is clean and spacious, with plenty of seating both indoors/outdoors. There is a great assortment of toppings and flavors, I think the toppings have improved over time. Love the addition of the hazelnut crunch and rainbow cookies!! The FRUIT toppings could be fresher though. My favorite flavor will always be original tart, but I appreciate their seasonal sorbet. I always love to see a froyo spot that offers self-service. This location also has dividers you can ask for, which makes it so much easier to handle multiple flavors!

  One of our favourite froyo places. Please keep Nutella and Nutella crunch as toppings!!! Also please keep the ube coconut, matcha, chocolate, and mango froyo flavours they are all so good. Butter froyo was also good but it’s gone now. Anyways those 5 are the best flavours!! Would love to see them stay. So cool that they have a rewards and coupon system, keeps us coming back 🍨🍵🍫🥭

  probably the worst frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. somehow, the froyo tasted watered down and very low quality. toppings were very plentiful though
