  The experience was, unfortunately, not so good, which overshadowed the really good food and nice atmosphere. Our party of 4 arrived to find no line and 2 empty (and clean) tables, however we were told there were two parties ahead of us and there would be a 30 minute wait. We proceeded to the back to sit on the bench, but our wait was short and we were seated soon after. We placed our order, and then waited almost an hour before our food arrived, while watching a couple of other groups who came in after us be served their meals. The waitress came by to refill our drinks, but said nothing about the status of our meal. When our food finally arrived (which was delicious), no mention (or apology) was made about our wait time. Something was said about there being only one person in the kitchen making all of the pasta dishes (which 3 of the 4 of us had), which was offered more as an explanation than an apology by our waitress. Moral of this rather lengthy review: a little customer service goes a long way. I saw the owner's response to another reviewer from last September saying they had new wait staff, and that could have been the case at our visit as well. Just as important as teaching wait staff how to take orders and serve food is teaching them customer management skills. If someone had, just once, said "I don't know what's taking your food so long - let me go check" and had come back to us with an acceptable response and apology, we could probably have dealt with the wait a bit better. In my experience, seldom are restaurant issues the fault of the wait staff, but they are the face of the restaurant to the customers.

  One the the best restraunts in Jamestown!!! Hands down. The authenticity in the pizza and pasta dishes are truly one of a kind!

  I just ordered a delivered pizza it was the best I've had in the area. Absolutely delicious and coming from the NY/NJ area I'm a bit of a pizza snob. 😁 Thank you and will be ordering again!

  The staff the owners all GREAT!!!! The food was Fantastic. Not one issue hands down the best meal I have had. Thanks so much to Heather and her team. My kids even loved the food and my daughter is a picky eater.

  Probably the best food ive ever had, now 25$ for a sub may sound expensive right? Well no, this sub is definitely worth its money. The sub was so big i was honestly scared, and im saying that as someone who’s usually never full. The wait time was pretty standard, though i get it as i went on the grand re-opening. Overall, probably the best hole in wall, and restaurant in total that ive ever been too!
