  AVOID...Slow, sloppy, inaccurate at breakfast hours. I customized my mobile food order and it was ignored. The toated snack delivered warm from microwave. Cold meat inside. I were already in transit and was not return it for refund.

  I’ve been to this location couple times and everything I got was fresh and delicious. Customer service was very good. Today, I was undecided and the young lady helped me choose. She recommend Mango Monsoon and Turned out I was satisfied :)

  I went to get a PB yogurt bowl and let me tell you. They only give 7oz of yogurt, which for context is less than half the amount of a regular 16oz Poland Spring water bottle. By the time she added the granola and peanut butter etc. The bowl was only at the baseline which is set at a little less than half the bowl... mind you, this is for 12 and I'm receiving a little less than half a bowl. Three workers were there. The male was very nice and one of the female only came from the back to help with the refund. Now, the young miss that made my order had an attitude problem. 2/10 for the yogurt bowls. The acai bowl i saw from customers eating is at the baseline but the trick is they atleast filled the rest of the bowl with fruits so it doesn't look bad. Now, I didn’t get the banana with the bowl the least the could have did was give me more yogurt to replace it and not that crap for $12 plus the acai bowls are usually cheaper. At least I got me refund no problem there! The entirety of my order was at the white line in the picture below!! Is that not madness?

  I went in as usual to purchase an island green detox smoothie. On every other day the service is great. Everyone greets and smiles. Today March 26 2026 Team Lead Kimora took my order. She goes on to clean the countertops before making the order. Without washing her hands she proceeds to pick up the blender to make my order. I asked her to wash her hands and she clearly states - "I just touched sanitizing water". I said it doesnt matter. She had a whole fit and attitude and refused to refund me my money. After all the back and forth and calling police, I got my refund. She clearly told me customer service doesnt matter. I actually like their products but it takes only one person to ruin it all. Another worker there was a big peacemaker and deserves a raise or something.
