  This location is extremely disgusting. The trash area is incredibly pungent. You can smell it from a distance. They are very stingy with the toppings and sauce. They give a few decent pieces and small crumbs when you order wings and count the crumbs as part of your wing order. I’ve received pizza with microscopic amounts of sauce, pizza that was still raw etc. Sometimes the food is decent, but most times it really isn’t.

  My fiancé had placed an order for 8 pizzas on a Sunday, and he requested that the pizzas be cut into slices suitable for kids. During the order, the staff member made snide remarks to my fiancé, including comments like “damn” when the number of pizzas was mentioned and stating that he “wasn’t going to cut the slices.” My fiancé then asked to speak with a manager, and the employee responded with disrespectful remarks such as “I’m so tired of y’all asking to speak to the manager, I am the manager.” I understand that sometimes staff are overwhelmed, and I’m not upset that a request may not be possible due to time. However, the issue here is not the request itself, it’s the lack of professionalism, disrespect, and attitude toward customers. We did not expect to experience such rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the employee who took our order. Also, this Pizza Hut does not allow preordering ahead of time and even so, the customer service should still be handled with respect. Overall, the experience was upsetting and disappointing. Rudeness and dismissiveness drive customers away!

  I would give this location 0 stars if I could I walked in. Asked to order 8 pies For a church. Gentleman at the cashier response was “Damn!!” I requested if slices can be cut into 16 slices. Flat out replied “I’m not doing that” I responded it’s for kids “I’m not doing that” I could understand if there were orders But this is sad.

  Today is 6/5/26. The workers are picking up the phone and saying they can't talk right now and hanging up. They have also disabled the boneless wings on the pizza hut app because they do not want to fill the T-Mobile wing order special.
