    if i could give no stars i absolutely would! first of all i waited 35 mins in the drive thru line pulled up at 11:30.. theres an upcharge for sweet tea it yu order sweet tea with your meal. the kids wanted something it was late and they were serving the uber thru the SAME window as drive thru pick up.. got to the register to pay they took my money gave me drinks and gave the uber a bag in front of me to throw me off and i ended up driving off without my food at 12:05am… got all the way to brooklyn to realize these kids never got their food. I was soo frustrated… reached back to the store at 12:45am to be met with another irate customer asking for a refund because they were closed but still taking mobile orders online… the door says drive thru closes at 2am but store closed well before 1am. Walked across the street to the precinct because they refused to give us our refund. did not want to speak nor offer any solutions. The manager was a short hispanic woman who was VERY dismissive and not pleasant even while taking the orders! im highly disappointed and actually traumatized behind tonights fiasco and have yet to get comfortable in my bed to forget about this night. I feel disrespected and violated like i was being robbed in front of my face. i couldve waited til the morning to fight for my refund but the gentleman who ended up taking my money didnt even give me s receipt. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

    When I come to this store I feel really bad because when we come for delivery, the store ignores us and behaves badly. They react that we are bad people or bad at something. I had to wait a long time to get picked up. So I always have to cancel the order. If you can not provide assistance why are you servicing?

    A 30 minute wait time on my last in person order and there were only like 5 people waiting for orders. I’m waiting in the lobby for my order and as slow as they are they are still somehow messing up other peoples orders. I don’t know who checks the food and sends it out to be picked up but be better at your job. I lived in this neighborhood for most of my life and everytime I think of “giving them a chance” that don’t fail at messing up my order. Burger with removed toppings, French fry’s the wrong size. Missing items. And somehow I have to remind the workers I also had a drink. They were messing up orders so bad a dude was legit threatening to physically harm the cashier. And not a single person from the back or a manager stepped up. The poor kid was so intimidated he must of fled to the back until that guy left. Get it together McDonald’s

    Dear McDonald's Customer Service, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at approximately 10:00 PM at your restaurant. I visited the restaurant and respectfully requested assistance with modifying my order by adding a promotional code. The requested change was simple and, to my understanding, could have been completed quickly through the ordering system. However, the manager on duty refused to assist me and insisted that I either pay the full amount or leave the restaurant. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and simply asked why the modification could not be made. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue, the manager refused service and ultimately called the police. I believe I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally. In addition, I observed the manager interacting with employees in a disrespectful and aggressive manner. The overall conduct displayed was not consistent with the level of professionalism and customer service I would expect from McDonald's management. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated. Please review any available surveillance footage, speak with the employees who were present, and provide an explanation as to why service was refused. I would also appreciate being informed of the outcome of your investigation. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Sincerely,

    Extremely bad experience! I came to this disaster of a McDonald's on 5/1/26, placed an order in the app at 7:28 pm, 7 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. The ticket they stick on the bag was printed out at 7:34 pm. My food, when I finally got it at 8:01 pm, felt like it had been sitting around all that time. FAST FOOD, HA, HA, HA. LThe burgers were barely warm and the fries were sad and room temperature. At the window, looking into the restaurant, the manager and several employees are standing around talking, the person at the window is just standing there, staring ahead, waiting for the 1 or 2 employees in the back to prepare the food. There's no team working together, they're all doing their own thing and that thing has nothing to do with producing food orders in a timely fashion. Never again shall I darken the door of this McDonald's. IT IS HORRIBLE!
