  It takes them forever to get the food out. Even when it’s not busy. Had to leave because my bus came. If the app says ready in 2-5 mins.. it wouldn’t take 15 mins. Going to contact my bank for a refund

  Slowest drive thru, They don't even take your order at the speaker they have everyone drive to the last window and take the order there. Be prepared to wait over 20 minutes.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the Jamaica Avenue location in Queens, NY (Restaurant #1825) While ordering at the drive-thru speaker, I ordered a large fry and shortly after asked to change it to a medium while I was still adding to my order. The employee taking my order was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying Nah, I can’t change the order, it was already put in, without offering any help or explanation. A manager eventually stepped in and fixed the order, which I appreciated, but the initial interaction was completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time issue. I’ve consistently experienced long wait times and poor customer service at this location. This visit was the final straw for me. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated here.
