- NMNoakram Mangra3 days ago1.0Everything in my order was wrong. I paid $62.62 and did not receive what I ordered. I received items I never ordered, including a chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. The customer service was extremely poor and unhelpful when I tried to get the issue resolved. Spending $62.62 and receiving the wrong food is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the entire experience. I would not recommend Krispy Krunchy Chicken.
- TLT Lee4 days ago1.0My order came with nothing that I ordered - i ordered 12 piece bone- in chicken, a large Potato wedges and a large red beans and rice. Instead i got an order of cold, dried chicken tenders, two chicken sandwiches and one biscuit in the box. I placed the order through Grubhub and all they offered to resolve the issue was a five dollar credit on a future order Which is unacceptable, considering the cost of what I ordered versus what arrived. I called directly to this location where the order was placed and they werent taking calls by 8:45pm on Sunday evening, even though it says they’re open till 10pm.

Just wanted me to pay my money and get the food and get out. She did not seem like she wanted to be there. She did not seem like she wanted to assist me. I will never go back there and I recommend nobody goes.

I pay $27 for sandwich gravy mash potatoes and rice moshes is not good to eat with black beans
