- ANAlexis NicoleAug 11, 20261.0SAFETY WARNING FOR SOLO CUSTOMERS / WOMEN. Do not sit inside this location. For years, this Dunkin' (9405 Rockaway Blvd) has allowed chronic, aggressive panhandling right at the front doors, making it incredibly intimidating to enter. Today, the safety failure escalated to a dangerous level. While I was sitting at a table drinking my coffee alone, an unauthorized loiterer was permitted to walk right into the dining area, sit directly at my table, and aggressively corner and harass me to buy him food. I felt completely trapped, vulnerable, and terrified for my physical safety. The staff stood by, witnessed the entire interaction, and did absolutely nothing to protect a paying customer. Out of pure fear and duress, I had to buy this individual food just to safely defuse the situation and escape the building. Management is completely failing its basic duty of care to keep consumers safe. This store desperately needs to hire a dedicated private security guard immediately to monitor the door and dining room. Until a permanent security presence is established to clear loiterers and protect customers, avoid this location at all costs.

I canceled the order and walked to Dunkin, only to find out they couldn't process a refund. What bothered me the most was the employee I spoke with smiling while I was trying to resolve the issue. That came across and made the situation even more frustrating. On top of that, communication was difficult because some of the staff didn't speak English well, and they switched to another language while I was there, which made me feel left out of the conversation. Overall, it was a very disappointing customer service experience. And forget about talking to a manager next time is corporate!!!!!

They mention him by name. He needs to be let go if he can’t fix his attitude because it is a poor reflection of the company. AMERICA runs on Dunkin … not Ali and his poor attitude.
