They mention him by name. He needs to be let go if he can’t fix his attitude because it is a poor reflection of the company. AMERICA runs on Dunkin … not Ali and his poor attitude.

Bilal and Ali they are very rude and nasty with us...they are not using gloves while preparing food and serving...this happen multiple times with us...we are neighbors over here...they are treating like we are slave. Manager or respected management need to take care of this matter...otherwise I will complain to the department of food.

- SBS BentMay 30, 20263.0My dog was getting groomed across the street with a turnaround time of 2 hours. As I wasn’t driving today, I came to the Dunkin to get a beverage and catch up on some work, pay my bills etc. First off, the location has heavy foot traffic between 12-2:00 PM. The parking lot which has 10 parking spots was full and a line started to back up with most customers grabbing their orders and leaving. The location is clean and well staffed. There are 3 tables which seats 10. Items look fresh and there were no flies in sight ( IYKYK). I tried the unsweetened almond coconut with a shot of espresso (hot) and a coconut donut, the perfect balance without the sugar rush. I’d get that again. Total cost $ 7.49 While there are many folks dining in, the location is loud. The workers yell, the customers are even louder using cellphones on speaker , yelling at small children and not honoring a shared space. I left with a headache Overall, it wasn’t the product, just the location which differs based on location and the culture of who runs it. Grab your order and go.
