- KKK Khan1 day ago1.0I visit the store located at 94-05 Rockaway Blvd 4/5 days a week. Recently I have noticed a distinct change in the employees' behavior, when taking orders, they display absolutely no courtesy they do not ask standard polite questions such as, "How may I help you" or "how would you like to order" This behavior is not directed solely at me, but is consistent with other customers as well—they do not even offer a simple "Hi" or "Hello." Furthermore, if I request a slight modification to an order—such as asking for a little more or less ice, sugar etc of an item—they do not prepare it correctly. Another issue is that the employees frequently yell at one another, which is clearly evident in their expressions and body language. It would be beneficial for the business if management were to look into these matters.
