The shake tasted strange from the beginning, and both my friend and I developed stomach pain after drinking it. Hours later, the remaining milkshake had separated and was filled with numerous white curdled-looking chunks and lumps, which is completely unacceptable for a dairy-based drink. The appearance, texture, and taste raised serious concerns about the freshness and handling of the ingredients used. Based on our experience, I strongly suspect that the milk used was not fresh or was improperly stored. No customer should have to worry about getting sick after purchasing a simple milkshake. This was one of the worst food service experiences I have had, and I believe the quality control and food safety standards at this establishment need immediate attention. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and investigated to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.

Not only was my order wrong, but the lack of honesty is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location.
