  Una experiencia maravillosa! Desde el primer momento en que cruzamos la puerta, la atención del personal fue excepcional: atentos, sumamente amables y con una sonrisa genuina que te hace sentir como en casa. La comida estuvo simplemente deliciosa, con ese sazón peruano auténtico que te transporta directo a Perú. Sin duda, un lugar 100% recomendado tanto por la calidad de sus platos como por el cariño y profesionalismo con el que atienden. ¡Volveremos muy pronto por Alejandra Andrés y María

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Me encantó venir a este restaurante. La comida estuvo excelente y Samanta, Claudia y Nicole fueron increíbles, súper atentas y amables. Me encantó ver cómo las tres se apoyaban entre ellas; cuando una estaba ocupada, la otra siempre estaba ahí para ayudar. Se nota que son un excelente equipo. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros todo el tiempo, preguntando si todo estaba bien, si necesitábamos algo y recomendándonos platos. De todos los lugares que he visitado en Nueva York, este ha sido de los mejores, tanto por la comida como por la atención. ¡Definitivamente volveré!

  La comida es deliciosa y por eso siempre me gusta volver. Antes solía ir todos los domingos a desayunar y había una muchacha que trabajaba en las mañanas, si no me equivoco se llama Camila. Hoy regresé después de un tiempo y ella estaba nuevamente. La verdad, la comida estuvo muy rica como siempre, pero la atención dejó mucho que desear. Había alrededor de cuatro meseros, pero la mayoría estaba hablando entre ellos y prácticamente solo dos muchachos estaban atendiendo. La única persona que se acercó a nosotros, tomó nuestra orden y estuvo pendiente fue Camila, y ella fue muy amable y atenta. Me encanta este restaurante y siempre he disfrutado la comida, pero deberían mejorar bastante el servicio y la atención al cliente, porque es una lástima que la comida sea tan buena y la atención no esté al mismo nivel

  Unfortunately, our experience at this Peruvian restaurant was very disappointing from beginning to end\. When we first arrived, the staff did not seem very attentive\. They were joking and playing around among themselves instead of paying attention to customers\. We had to wait and felt like we were being overlooked, which made the experience start off badly\. The food was also a major disappointment\. We ordered the leche de tigre expecting it to have the spicy, flavorful taste that Peruvian leche de tigre is known for\. Instead, it was not spicy at all and lacked the flavor we expected\. My husband is Mexican and is used to spicy food, and even he commented that it was not spicy ,I tried it too and it wasn’t spicy \. The chicken was another disappointment\. It was extremely bland and had almost no seasoning or flavor\. We expected the food to be flavorful and well\-seasoned, especially from a Peruvian restaurant, but unfortunately that was not our experience\. Overall, between the inattentive service, the staff not seeming focused on the customers, and the lack of flavor in the food, we left very disappointed\. We were really looking forward to a good Peruvian meal, but unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations.

  This was my first time at this restaurant, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I decided to give this place a try instead of driving farther to another Peruvian restaurant I usually go to, but I definitely would not come back. I ordered my food to go, and from the moment I walked in, the service from the waitress was terrible. She was unfriendly, rude, and showed very little customer service. Because of the way I was treated from the beginning, I decided not to leave a tip. As for the food, the leche de tigre was a huge disappointment. I specifically asked for it to be spicy, but it was not prepared the way I requested. The flavor and overall quality were far below what I expected, especially considering the prices they charge. As a Peruvian, I know our food well and expected much better. In my experience, the quality does not justify the price, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this restaurant, and I personally would not return. Fue mi primera vez en este restaurante y lamentablemente la experiencia fue muy mala. Decidí darle una oportunidad para no manejar más lejos hasta otro restaurante peruano al que suelo ir, pero definitivamente no volvería. Pedí la comida para llevar y desde que entré la atención de la mesera fue pésima. Fue muy poco amable y descortés, con cero atención al cliente. Por ese motivo decidí no dejar propina, ya que desde el principio el servicio no lo merecía. En cuanto a la comida, la leche de tigre fue una gran decepción. La pedí específicamente picante y no la prepararon como la solicité. El sabor y la calidad estuvieron muy por debajo de lo que esperaba, especialmente por el precio que cobran. Como peruana, conozco bien nuestra comida y esperaba mucho más. En mi experiencia, la calidad no justifica el precio y el servicio deja muchísimo que desear. No lo recomiendo y personalmente no regresaría.
