I have been a bartender and a server for years in high volume places and have been an overly generous tipper as a fellow industry worker. This is the first time I didn’t want to tip and hesitated leaving it empty.

We ordered 2 sweet Lassi and got 2 salted lassi. The server took it and kept those underneath the bar top and just added some sort of sugar into the glass and filled it up with the same salted lassi. I don’t understand… if a customer requests to receive the correct item that was ordered shouldn’t it be made new? Or do we just add stuff to the old ones and re-serve that? This was very dissatisfying and disappointing cause i never did that to a single one of my customers. Please train these servers some common serving etiquette.

My family and I went out for brunch. We ordered our food together so that we could all enjoy the meal as a family. However, there was a gap of about half an hour between the first and second items being served. One family member had already finished eating while the others were still waiting for their food.
I asked the waiter why the food was not being served together. To make matters worse, the same food item we had ordered was served to a customer who had arrived after us.
The waiter was not even willing to listen. Instead, he confronted me, saying that he had to look after other customers and that he was “just an employee.”
The owners should train their employees on how to handle such situations professionally and how to communicate respectfully with customers.

I liked the food but disappointed with the lack of clarity on the menu and what I received. I ordered only vegan labeled dishes and received the vegan labeled biryani with yogurt. A different dish on the menu was labeled vegan but the dish description said "served with raita", which is not. I also ordered the rava dosa which had a distinct butter taste to it. The experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and the menu needs to be updated to properly reflect what's in each dish.

We went there to try the dosas as the name was calling for it. Their menu was extensive and we chose to go with dahi puri and paper masala dosa to start off. Dahi puri was crisp and overall taste was decent but the filling was hard to decipher. Had little to minimal amount of dahi. So a pass for the next time if that happens given their price. Got their dosa a little later. It was a big size for one served with sambhar and coconut chutney. The masala was lacking an authentic taste. The dosa was crisp and soft at the same time. But I will skip this one as well if I ever decide to be back. Overall, may be one time place to visit. Also, the staff could be more helpful with their recommendations.
