  Yo don’t go to this location unless you want 8 spoons of food portion and pay 14 dollars for that she literally put the sour cream the side way not even from the spoon she put the one that is on the spoon corner this is the amount I get after I asked her to put a little more thousand time she acting like this is the food she cook with her sweat and tears omg

  Tried to use my free entrée reward, and the cashier couldn’t figure out how to redeem it. I was told to just pay instead. Pretty frustrating and a waste of my reward. Train your staff better.

  Its always been good, but for some reason they are charging 6 dollars for a cup of water today .... never coming back, as I felt taken advantage of

  I visited on June 6, 2026, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee wearing glasses who was packing food completely ignored me. She saw that the chicken was almost empty, with barely enough left for the two customers ahead of me, but refused to ask anyone to prepare more. I waited about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I was finally served, I felt like I was being given the absolute minimum amount of food. I paid $21 for my meal, yet I was barely given any lettuce and it seemed like the employee was reluctant to give me an adequate portion of chicken as well. For the price, I expected a much better experience and fair portions. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that the employee with the glasses appeared to be whispering to her coworker and talking about me while I was standing there. Whether that was the intention or not, it came across as unprofessional and disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. The one bright spot was a woman who appeared to be a manager and was packing the to-go orders for Uber pickups. She was friendly, professional, and the only person who seemed concerned about helping customers. She asked her coworker to get more chicken prepared, and I appreciated her effort and kindness. Customer service should be a priority, and being ignored while waiting for food is frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues, reminds staff to treat customers respectfully, and ensures that customers receive appropriate portions for what they are
