  I would like to report a very disappointing customer service experience. A female employee was serving me, but she did not provide a bag for my food. When I asked for one, she simply handed me the food and a bag separately. I then politely asked her to put the food inside the bag and seal it properly. Instead of handling my request professionally, she became visibly upset and took the food back from my hand in an angry manner. Because of her behavior, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came, listened to what had happened, and explained that the employee was busy, which was why she behaved that way. However, I do not believe being busy is an acceptable excuse for treating a customer disrespectfully. I was a paying customer, and serving customers properly is part of her job. An employee working in customer service should know how to package and hand over food properly and, more importantly, how to communicate with customers respectfully. I was extremely disappointed by her attitude and behavior. Taking food back from a customer’s hand in an angry manner was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I respectfully request that management provide proper customer-service training to employees before assigning them to serve customers. Employees should be taught how to communicate professionally, remain calm even when they are busy, and treat every customer with basic courtesy and respect.

  Deberían prestarle más atención a la limpieza, el día de ayer fui a comer en la tienda de Northern Boulevard y 88 pero desafortunadamente las mesas estaban sucias, el piso sucio, la basura estaba hasta el tope. They should pay more attention to cleanliness. Yesterday, I went to eat at the location on Northern Boulevard and 88th Street, but unfortunately, the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the trash bins were completely overflowing. The overall cleanliness of the store was disappointing.

  Horrible, and maybe racist male servers. They give the Spanish ppl in front of me good portion, but give me less meat extra beans when I asked for less beans.

  I’ve given this Chipotle location many chances, hoping each visit would be better, but unfortunately it never seems to improve. The tortilla chips are supposed to be lightly salted with lime, yet they are almost always stale and tasteless. The food itself often seems poorly mixed, which causes parts of it to burn or dry out. There also seems to be a recurring issue with the soda machine, as the drinks are consistently flat. I appreciate that the staff refunded my cup, but it was disappointing because I was really looking forward to having a soda with my meal. Another concern is that there appears to be some kind of liquid slowly dripping from above in the dining area. It’s easy to miss unless you’re sitting there for a while, but I actually noticed it drip onto a customer. I’m not sure if the staff are aware of it, but it should definitely be checked. Its the booth on the far left by the window left side seating. After giving this location many opportunities, this was my last visit. I genuinely hoped for improvement, but the repeated issues have made me decide not to return.

  Just went by there at 4:30 PM on 18 August and the doors are locked. Workers are inside, but the doors are locked. Several other people came by to find the doors locked as well. No one looked up, there were no signs on the door saying they were closed for a period of time, nothing. Unfortunate and lost revenue.
