  I’ve been to plenty of chipotle’s but this one here has to be by far one of my worst experiences. I walked in with a very positive attitude and saw the worker alessandra working with another customer and politely waited my turn. when she finished up she came and ask me “what do you want” to my surprise at the disrespectful approach i simply ignored it and said, hey may i please try the honey and she rolled her eyes and simply just gave me a sample of the chicken i said, i’d go ahead and get it and her attitude all throughout was very dismissive and rude, definitely do not appreciate it but good was good per usual

  On Saturday, the girl working seemed to be alone, maybe because of that, but she was very irritated and kept showing attitude. As a customer spending my own money, I felt like I was being treated like a beggar. I don’t know if she acted that way because I’m Asian. It was raining on Saturday, April 25, 2026, and there wasn’t a single customer in the store. I spent $18, the bowl wasn’t even properly filled, and on top of that the employee treated me with a very disrespectful attitude. This place is the worst. El sábado, la chica que estaba trabajando parecía estar sola. Tal vez por eso, pero estaba muy irritada y mostraba mala actitud. Como cliente que está gastando su propio dinero, sentí que me estaban tratando como a un mendigo. No sé si actuó así porque soy asiático. El sábado 25 de abril de 2026 estaba lloviendo y no había ni un solo cliente en la tienda. Gasté $18, el bowl ni siquiera estaba bien lleno, y además la empleada tuvo una actitud muy irrespetuosa. Este lugar es lo peor. 星期六上班的那个女员工看起来是一个人值班，也许因为这样，她一直显得很不耐烦、态度很差。作为一个花自己钱消费的顾客，我却感觉被当成乞丐一样对待。我不知道她是不是因为我是亚洲人所以这样对我。2026年4月25日星期六那天下着雨，店里一个顾客都没有。我花了18美元，但碗里的食物却没有装满，而且员工的态度还非常看不起人。这家店真的很糟糕。 토요일에 일하던 여자 직원이 혼자 근무해서 그런지 모르겠지만, 계속 짜증을 내고 손님에게 불친절한 태도를 보였습니다. 손님 입장에서 제 돈을 내고 이용하는데도 마치 거지 취급을 받는 느낌이었습니다. 제가 아시아인이라서 그런 식으로 대하는 건지는 모르겠지만, 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 2026년 4월 25일 토요일은 비가 오는 날이었고 매장 안에는 손님이 한 명도 없었습니다. 그런데도 직원의 태도는 매우 무례했고 사람을 무시하는 듯했습니다. 저는 18달러나 지불했지만, bowl 안의 내용물도 제대로 채워져 있지 않았습니다. 음식의 양도 부족하고 직원의 태도까지 이렇게 무례한 곳은 정말 최악입니다. 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않은 가게입니다.

  I asked for guac on my bowl and they didn’t add it. I go back and show them my bowl and they insisted the guacamole was on my bowl. I insisted but they refused to give me the guac I paid for. Not sure how to force them to give me guac and at this point it’s just odd.
