The Strand Cafe

The Strand Café's mission is to give everyone in the city considerate hospitality and a unique culinary experience. The Strand Café offers modern cuisine where the selected ingredients and cooking techniques combine together to create the dish as a whole. We work with small purveyors and visit the local farmer's markets to create vegetable-driven plates and whimsical takes on familiar dishes. We also have an amazing stone pizza oven, which allows us to offer true Naopolean-style pizza cooked at 750 degrees. The Canopy Bar prides itself on precision mixed cocktails made with high quality spirits, with outstanding local beer options, and wines that celebrate the finger lakes region.
