  Waited here for well over 45 minutes for 3 simples items. Service is insanely slow. Made multiple orders that came in after me before me. Was inside the store for an hour before I finally got my food. Do not come here.

  so the big dadas went for lunch here and we got chicken nuggets but they gave us TWO TACOS AND SPICY CUICKRN NUGGETS. not to mention the fries were a small and the lemonade was watered down. we dadas are going somewhere else

  They should take the orders and serve the food.As it comes, I waited 16 minutes for 3 tacos.The guy claimed they were taking them in order , but I watched six vehicles go through the drive through while they were still trying to fill my order

  The last two times I've been to this location, I've waited 45-60 minutes for my order. They prioritize the drive-thru over mobile orders, so ordering ahead of time is useless. Tonight, my soft-shell taco was only beef--it was missing cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. My pinto beans and taco salad were also missing cheese. I went back to have it corrected and was told I'd have to wait until they finished everyone else's orders before they corrected mine. When I questioned why, I was told it was company policy. I was not willing to wait another hour for shredded cheese, so I opted for a refund. You could drive to Viva and finish a margarita in the time it takes to get this mediocre slop.
