  3rd time going and each time was disappointing. So, I'm done. Ordered 3 tacos on the app. All 3 came without cheese. Waited 10 minutes then headed over to the store. Waited another 10 minutes for them to make 3 tacos wrong. Also, no hot sauce or napkins came in the bag.

  If you go to this taco bell make sure you check to make sure everything is in the bag and while your at it unwrap your food to make sure it's cooked properly (the way you ordered it) this is my second time getting food from here and they cant follow simple instructions I pay to add stuff on and they cant even do that .... this was supposed to be a soft taco if I wanted crunchy I would have ordered it that way......ps the taco came like this out of the bag couldn't even pick it up without it falling apart.

  Who eats at Taco Bell needing NO napkins, RUDE staff, put items on order I didn't ask for, staff couldn't describe new (to me) food items, what a MAJOR disappointment

  This location gets items wrong at least 50% of the time. Even simple switches like beans instead of beef are frequently not done correctly. Service is exceedingly slow and the prices of things are way too high for the small amount of filling. I will say the staff is usually friendly.

  So stingy. Everytime I order the cravings box with the beefy five-layer, literally no beef. Even mentioning it results in beefy-LESS five-layers, only beans. If I wanted a bean burrito, I’d order it. I have vowed to never come to THIS taco-bell.
