My husband and I gave this place two chances… honestly, we shouldn’t have tried again after the first attempt where they took insanely long (AND worse: had an unsanitary employees making the food), but we gave it another shot and had different issues…
The wait wasn’t as long, but instead they gave us 75% of our order, missing three whole items and botching up one of our burritos. I noticed other people coming up behind me in line about to mention missing items in their orders too, so I simply told them what’s missing and kept the botched burrito. Then when they gave me the 3 missing items, they STILL messed that up and gave us one wrong item. Seriously guys? The manager/leader obviously must not care about the employees, nor do the employees really care about the customers.
TLDR: this TB is run and worked by people who do NOT care. If they completely renewed everyone running this place it might be saved, but until then I expect they will not make it. It deserves all the 1-stars.

Placed a pickup order for 11pm on Sunday and joined the drive thru line. After waiting 10+ minutes and watching the 1st vehicle in line receive no service, I exited my car and approached the lobby, and found the store completely empty. There was a sign on the door that the lobby was closed due to short staffing- no signs about the drive thru, no signs in the drive thru, nothing. Just an abandoned building for over 2 hours before the restaurant is supposed to close.
This is not to shame the staff. This is to SHAME MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE. Treat your employees better and you won't have to deal with this situation.

It's Sunday 10 o'clock went to the drive through, said that it was open till 1 o'clock sat for 15 minutes, yelling and screaming at the kiosk. Nobody was there drove around the building. Nobody inside the building one car in the parking lot. But yet place says that it's open to 1 o'clock in the morning. So I can give zero stars, it'd be zero stars
Ordered $60 worth of food as an app member. Food was made with no effort and missing ingredient. Nothing was correct at all, the staff played with my family’s food, money and time. Please refund and answer to my emails. Order #969451 Restaurant#042056 11:59 pm 5/8/26
The PM crew here is managed/run by an absolutely incompetent person. While multiple cars wait for up to an hour in the drive thru, she is stepping outside and smoking cigarettes with her friends while her employees are overworked and show no sense of urgency. Taco Bell is already an embarrassing establishment for food but this location takes the cake for the worst customer service in Ithaca.
