I'm going to tell you what no franchise owner wants to hear: Employees have bad attitudes here. This tells me one or both of two things: either they aren't given adequate raises often enough, and/or there is a lack of quality leadership. Manners are free, and always appreciated. Happy employees make good experiences, which in turn make happy customers. Happy customers come back and that brings revenue. My 7 year old noticed their behavior, and said something before I did. "Those boys were rude, Daddy" - direct quote. Getting paid a buck over minimum starting for fast food work isn't the best money. Lack of money directly equates to more stress. If they do good work, hit your books and see if you can afford to pay a couple bucks more. Maybe sit them down and ask them why they aren't nice to customers. Ask them if they would be nicer to customers if they got paid more. See what they say. Do they like their jobs? What would make them like their jobs more? I understand and leave space for the fact that people have bad days. As for our family, we'll drive into town for the next few McDonald's runs. I believe in you and your team, though. You guys got this!

I took a picture of my drink cup as I was surprised that this McDonald's owner would want to advertise that this McDonald's was locally owned and operated. I can't recall ever going to another McDonald's in such disrepair. In the ladies room the soap dispenser is taped together and then taped to the wall. The toilets are missing part of the mechanisms on the back. The restaurant itself needs a good overhaul. The vinyl bench covers need replacement, the benches need to fixed so they don't rock back and forth. We were there on a Thursday afternoon around 2:00 and everything was pretty dirty, every garbage can was completely full and the self-serve soda area was a complete mess. It was obvious that they had an A/C problem because there were two temporary portable A/C units in the restaurant. If the owner can afford to advertise on probably thousands of cups that the restaurant is locally owned and operated, it is time to take some of that money and reinvest it in their business. It is one of the busiest McDonald's in several Counties, so I am sure that there would be enough funds to fix this facility up. On a positive the staff that we interacted with were friendly. Even though there was an error with our order, it was quickly fixed and apologized for. So, please local owner take some pride in your business and fix what needs to be fixed!

Majority of the time when we place a mobile order and go to pick it up they are closed. Why keep mobile ordering on if you’re going to close at 9pm? I understand things happen but as a former McDonalds employee it takes a phone call to turn off mobile orders.

Passed by at 3:45am on the drive through, ordered some burguers only to be told that they are cleaning the grill. Ask if they can serve anything else and was told no. If you have to close the restaurant for operational maintenance just to it, dont make me go there to tell me you cant serve, even though you are supposedly open. If you cant serve close the restaurant, dont lie about being open. It has also happened in the past my big mac world cup meal was missing my collectible cup. Avoiding this location from now on
